Directions: Fill four tall glasses halfway full with crushed ice. Then, distribute the rainbow of fruits in layers on top of the ice. Add the coconut water (and the optional shots of vodka) until the glasses are three-quarters full, topping with lime seltzer, and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

- 1 cup chopped ginger
- ½ cup coconut sugar
- ¾ cup filtered water
- 1 cup blackberries
- 3 fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1 lime
- 1 cup sparkling water
- Crushed ice
- Bring the grated ginger, water, and coconut sugar to a boil. Turn down the heat and simmer the mixture until the sugar has dissolved (about ten minutes). Remove the syrup from the heat and allow the pan to cool for about an hour. Strain out the ginger from the ginger syrup.
- Distribute ice, blackberries, and basil leaves into two glasses and muddle. Squeeze fresh lime juice and a few teaspoons of the ginger syrup into the muddled mixtures. Top the beverages with sparkling water, adding a fresh sprig of basil to garnish, and watch your skin glow!
